• Job Description

1. Achieve monthly budget and new business target
2. Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operation, such as front office, food and beverage, accounting, reservations etc.
3. Established and maintain preferred travel agents, accounts together with tourist bodies, convention organizer, etc.
4. Provide corporate rate to the potential customer and follow up the feed-back
5. Provide sales call weekly and daily plan
6. Make reservation on behalf of clients.
7. Control and follow up on all convention and group booking made by travel agents/convention etc, before, during and after the event to ensure repeat business.
8. Follow up with all clients before and after their stay to ensure repeat business.
9. Handling complaints and pass on to Sales & Marketing Manager or management for improvement
10. Be available to attend various sales function in hotel.
